Friday at last!

Dinner last night: two sushi rolls and miso soup, hot chocolate for dessert

Exercise:  Walked around the city for about an hour (I'm so loving springtime this year).

Breakfast today:  banana and bagel w/ cream cheese, nonfat caramel macchiato

Lunch today:  tuna wrap

Dinner will probably be something quick at the airport or on the way to. They really need to make more healthy fast food options. I can only eat so much Subway, after all.

I did hear that Burger King is moving toward selling only free-range chicken. That's a step in the right direction. Now if they could just introduce free-range, organic, calorie free French fries, I'd be set…

Have a good weekend, girls!

Friday so far...

Hey gals...

Breakfast - Bowl of Raisin Nut Bran
Snack - Hot Chocolate
Lunch - (Yeesh) Side salad, meatball and a few strands of spaghetti, small piece of scrumptuos lasagna, piece of bread. And a small piece of TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE. Zios catered our staff lunch today. Yummy, but SO not good.
Dinner - Not a clue - I'll fill ya in on Monday.

Wed – Thurs

Ok, my turn.

Last night for dinner:  rum and Coke, spinach & artichoke dip with rye bread and a couple sautéed mushrooms.

A little bit of walking around downtown and walking up big hills in my little heels. Not sure if it counts for exercise, but it got my heart rate up nonetheless.

Breakfast today:  few bites of banana bread, nonfat caramel macchiato.

Lunch:  grilled cheese and fresh fruit.

Not sure what the plan is for dinner. We shall see…

I just signed up for organic produce delivery every other week, so that will help us keep healthier foods on hand. Especially when it comes to snacks and breakfasts. It should start next week, so I will let you know how it goes!

The rest of my day...

Ok, so I ended up having two small wraps at home filled with one slice of turkey, a dabble of shredded cheese, lettuce and tomato. And ranch dressing. Then for dessert I had two fat free fig newtons and a 32oz Diet Coke. :-)

But now I am drinking water again. Lots of water. Tonight is leftover BBQ chicken and mashed potatoes. Not too bad. Probably corn with that.

My downfall will be that we are going to Cosmos for a few drinks later with Danie and another friend, so I will have to just limit myself to just one.

Ok. Bye.

Wow!

I must have checked this early yesterday and missed all of you posts. I guess I got so used to being the only one posting. (no offense).

Tuesday, March 27:
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: hot ham and cheese sandwich and chips
Dinner: bean and cheese tortilla with chips and salsa
I think I had a snack in there somewhere, but I don't remember what it was.
No exercise, I was still recuperating from my cold. I was very tired all day. I know that shouldn't be an excuse, but it was good enough for me.

Wednesday, March 28:
Breakfast: Apple and 2 bowls of frosted cheerios
Lunch: hot ham & cheese sandwich (I'm really into these for some reason) and chips and salsa
Snack: Rita's Strawberry Italian Ice
Dinner: 2 pieces of pizza hut pizza and 3 bread sticks.
Snack: popcorn
Exercise: 20 min walk with my sister.

OK... so Wednesday was probably my worst day in a while. Way too much snacking and not enough fruits and veggies. Combined with the minimal and lack of exercise for the past couple of days - the results could be devastating. However, I have been holding steady at 4-5 pounds lost. This morning I was at 4. The plan is to get focused again and hopefully get over this phase where salads are repulsing me. Plus get back into exercising aggressively.

Anyway... that's my story for now.

What is...

..."The Devil Wears Prada?"

:-)

Today so far:
Breakfast - Bowl of Raisin Nut Bran and I think I'll end up with a cup of hot cocoa at work.
The rest of the day is unknown as I didn't bring a lunch and I think we're having leftovers for dinner.

Have a great day, girls.

Up and down

My day yesterday:

Dinner was full of horrible, bad, fatty things. We went out to this barbeque place and I had half a drumstick and one rib, as well as fries, baked beans, and potato salad. I got pretty full, but I don't think I stuffed myself.

We did take a little walk after, so that made us both feel better. I also did 30 minutes of aerobics last night. So maybe it all came out even?

My day so far today:

Breakfast:  bagel and cream cheese, nonfat latte

Lunch:  Greek sandwich…chicken, feta, tomatoes, and olives

Snack:  half a chocolate chip cookie

Not sure about the retaining water, Steph. Probably has to do with your time of the month and lovely girl hormones. I always notice it when I eat a lot of salt. Which is all the time, really, because I really love salt.

I think that overall we're doing great, girls. Everyone has ups and downs, but the fact that we're being conscious of what we're eating and how we exercise keeps it on the forefront of our minds. I do feel healthier overall since we started this, even though I may not have lost that much actual weight so far.

Speaking of weight…just for fun, name this movie:

"I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight."

TTFN

Wellllll....

So this past weekend was bad - my only excuse was that I was totally starting my period. Bad news.
I don't remember Friday, and Saturday was horrible:
Breakfast - donut and chocolate milk from QT
Dinner - Arby's beef and cheese and curly fries
Snack - about 4 tacquitos and some bread with cheese fondue

Sunday:
No breakfast
Lunch - I think I had a turkey and cheese sandwich with tortilla chips
Dinner - Sante Fe soup (kinda like chili only with ground turkey, corn, beans, Rotel and taco seasoning and onions. Topped with some fritos and cheese and a dollop of sour cream. It was yummy - can you tell I liked it?

Monday:
Breakfast - Hot cocoa, small whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese
Lunch - Two tortillas with a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese in each
Snack - Hot cocoa and tortilla chips
Dinner - Chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing, pasta salad, lettuce salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast - Hot cocoa
Lunch - Lean Cuisine pizza, seasame bagel, reduced fat cream cheese
Snack - Oatmeal raisin cookie
Dinner - BBQ chicken breast, mashed potatoes, chicken gravy and salad.
Snack - small bowl of Sundae Cone ice cream (believe me, it was worth it!)

Today:
Breakfast - Two slices of toast with honey, hot cocoa
Lunch - leftover from last night - chicken and potatoes, diet mountain dew!
Snack: ???
Dinner: Tacos (probably two)

Whew. I need to get better about doing this everyday, but I have days that are literally so busy, I just can't. Ah well. Good thing though, is that after the last two weeks of being not so good, I am only up 1 pound so my net loss is still just a pound. It could be worse, right? Well, I am feeling a lot better, but my water intake is back down - way down. I was actually retaining a lot of the water I was drinking, so any thoughts on that?

OK, this is too long. Love you both!

Guess that pretty much sums it up. :)

Catching up

Ok, so my weekend was kind of up and down. I got into Seattle on Saturday and hadn't eaten anything, so I went to Burger King where I had a whopper jr. meal. Bad, bad, bad.

Saturday night I had two pieces of margarita pizza and a couple pieces of dark chocolate.

Sunday brunch: two eggs, bacon, homefries and fruit

Sunday dinner: hamburger, green beans and fruit salad

Today so far:

Breakfast:  banana and nonfat caramel macchiato

Lunch:  taco salad

Trying to drink lots of water…My family commented that I looked like I had lost weight, which made me feel good, even though I don't think I look like I've lost any. Just gotta keep at it, I suppose.

Coming to you from Ohio

My computer issues this week have kept me from posting like I had wanted to. Oh, the horror of a slow Internet connection.

But I have to say I’ve been doing okay on the eating, and I’ve actually been taking walks every day that I’ve been here.

Yea... I had been craving cake all week and finally got one on Friday. Hopefully it will be gone soon, so that it will not tempt me anymore.
Exercise was non-existent this weekend. Like i said... not so good.

Last week

Sorry I have been missing in action. I have been working nonstop the last week or so, and there doesn't seem to be an end in site. We have a bunch of interviews for new work and I have been working on a lot of presentations. Thankfully, I don't actual have to PRESENT this stuff, but I still have put in a lot of hours preparing for it. I haven't been doing poorly in the food world, but this weekend was not good at all...we went out to eat Friday night and Saturday night, although Saturday night I had Mahi Mahi and rice with a yummy sauce from the Elephant Bar.

The exercising, though, is what gets me. I just haven't made the time to do it. I have been so tired when I get home and I am honestly feeling a little hopeless about this. Don't get me wrong - we've been doing better and being more active, but I haven't been able to get a work out in for a long time. Also, when I do have time, there are SO many other things that I have to do. We haven't touched our taxes yet and I have another batch of Thank You's that are waiting to go out. Anyway, it's a new day and I will keep on truckin' as best I can.

I'll hopefully be able to talk to you all soon! Love you!

Friday, March 16, 2007

Thursday 3/15:

Breakfast: pineapple, poppy seed muffin and Iced caramel latte
Lunch: Turkey sub and some pita chips
Dinner: Birds Eye potatoes in a rosemary sauce

Exercise: 45min elliptical

I am an equal opportunity fast food eater. The thing is, I don't like Wendy's fries, but their chicken nuggets are far better than McDonald's. The nice thing is, we have a Wendy's and a McDonald's within 500 feet of each other at a strip center about 5 minutes from my house. Well, maybe that's not so good for me, but it is nice when I'm having that fast food craving.

Also, a Starbucks just opened in that same shopping center. This could be very detrimental to me. I've actually thought about getting a job there. Hmm... maybe not.

What happened to you, Steph? Haven't heard from you in awhile.
write soon...

A couple more days

What I love is the McDonald's French fries combined with the Wendy's chicken nuggets. You're an equal opportunity fast-food eater, Ang.

So I think I need to go back a couple days…let's see…

Wednesday dinner:  three crab cakes (which Adam made at home and surprisingly only had 200 calories total) and some grapes.

Exercise:  30 minutes of cardio

Thursday breakfast:  blueberry bagel and Americano

Lunch/Dinner:  Two pieces of pizza (healthy-ish pizza from Trader Joe's, though)

Snack:  Grapes

No exercise yesterday, except for a quick walk with the dog.

Today for breakfast:  whole wheat bagel and nonfat caramel macchiato

Lunch:  half of a roast beef sandwich and an apple

Wednesday, 3/14:

Breakfast: pineapple
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Wendy's 5-piece nuggets, Large McDonalds french fries.
Exercise: approx. 30min walk

I know, such a strong contrast between breakfast/lunch and dinner. Not sure what happened there.

Lapse in Judgement

Tuesday 3/13:
Breakfast: bowl of frosted cheerios
Snack: Auntie Anne's pretzel with cheese
Lunch: salad
Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce and caprice salad (tomato, mozzarella & basil)
Snack: Rice crispy treats (2) & 3/4 of a vanilla-caramel big train (yep we have them here).
And the worst part - no exercise.
What was I thinking?

My day today so far:

Not sure what's for dinner tonight…Hopefully, the chef has something yummy in mind.

Snack: popcorn
Exercise: 30 minutes elliptical, arms/legs weight circuit.

Overall, its been OK. I need to eat more fruits and veggies. Aaron is going to the store today so that we have more fruits and veggies.
Still holding steady at 4 lbs lost.

Sunday, March 11, 2007

Pounds lots!

I have lost 2 lbs! Add it to our total! :-)

Friday, March 9, 2007

Whoops!

I meant 8 lbs :)

Off to the Weekend!

Last night, Thursday 3/8:
Dinner: bowl of frosted mini wheats
Exercise: Walk away the pounds - 3 mile (approx. 45 minutes)

Today, Friday 3/9:
Breakfast: Apple
Brunch: 16oz iced caramel latte, multi-grain bagel with cream cheese. I'm afraid I've become quite attached to this particular treat from Dunkin Donuts.
Late Lunch snack: granola bar
Dinner: tba...

I'm headed to the gym... or at least I hope I am. I plan to do 30 minutes on elliptical and then head home.

Yay for us loosing 4 lbs! Who else has lost?
And Yay for foreign visitors. We like people!

Finally Friday

So last night…

I had grilled cheese and French fries for dinner. And no exercise, unless you count moving from the couch to the loveseat exercise.

Today…

Breakfast: nonfat caramel macchiato and a bowl of cereal
Snack: slice of banana bread

I’m trying to drink a bunch of water, but I’m afraid my frequent bathroom breaks are making my coworkers suspicious.

Oh, and by the way, we had a visitor from China and one from Portugal to our blog yesterday. Hello, visitors from far-off lands!

Thursday, March 8, 2007

One more thing

Oh yeah, does anyone have anything to add to the pounds lost section? I'm getting tired of looking at a blank there.

Ditto

So my dinner last night consisted of three mini-burgers and a martini. Oh, and a rum and Coke. Oops.

Exercise:  30 minutes of cardio

Today

Breakfast:  Tall non-fat caramel macchiato and a package of instant oatmeal

Lunch:  Lean Cuisine chicken pizza

Dinner will probably be chicken wings ala Adam. I will try to balance them with some salad or other healthy diversion.

So how cool would it be if our blog got to be popular? I could handle the extra income – how bout you girls?

I'll have to add my Google Analytics code to the site just to see who's reading it. I'm kind of curious now.

A little of both...

OK, there has been some good and some bad this week.

Tuesday 3/6:
I broke down and went to El Rodeo for dinner, but I didn't eat as much as I usually do. I had 1 cheese enchilada and 1 soft beef taco. I also had way too many chips and salsa, but I didn't feel overly stuffed when we left.

Wednesday 3/7:
I did the Lemon cleanse all day - same as Monday.
No exercise.

Today - Thursday 3/8:
Breakfast: multi-grain bagel with cream cheese and a Med Iced Caramel Latte.
Lunch: will be chicken nuggets and mac & cheese.
Dinner: hopefully something healthy - I'll get back to you on that.
Also, I'm going to try and get some exercise in sometime today. I'm thinking walk away the pounds at my mom's house.

Oh and news on another front. Apparently we aren't the only ones doing this. I heard on Oprah that there is a website that was started by 3 girls and now has thousands of people blogging their daily intake of food. How funny is that! I'm going to check out the site when I get a chance. I think Oprah has a link on her website.

*sigh*

So last night I blew it. Big. I had a cheeseburger and onion rings and root beer from Webers. It just got so late and we were out running errands and we was hungry. I should have sucked it up and made something small at home. But last night I talked to Shawn and told him that I could not do this if he didn't do it with me. I can't do it if he is eating whatever he wants and I can't. He's behind me 100%. The thing is that he thinks it doesn't matter what you eat so much as how much you exercise, and I think it's a lot about what we eat. But really it's a balance of both. So, I guess I will just keep plugging away.

Today for breakfast: Banana, vanilla yogurt, granola. Water
I forgot my lunch today, and I have heels on so I don't think I am going to trek home. I don't know what I'll do. But my lunch meeting was cancelled so maybe I can convince Jennifer to go out to Subway. Hmmm.

I am glad to hear that you guys are doing well - especially with the exercise part. I have to admit that is my downfall. I think I may have to start taking an energy pill. :-(

Wednesday, March 7, 2007

Quick blurb

Quickly before I head out for happy hour…

Last night's dinner:  three small pieces of a personal pizza from CPK

Exercise:  30 minutes of aerobics

Today for breakfast:  Tall mocha and a cherry/almond scone

Lunch:  Two pieces of pizza (again with the pizza!)

Dinner will hopefully be something a little more on the healthy side. And it's getting sunny out, so that means a later evening walk may be in store.

Later, dudes.

Oh, yeah, and today...

I have had a small portion of vanilla yogurt and a banana. And I broke down and had a hot chocolate when I got here this morning - it's 110 calories in a packet. Gr.

I can hopefully recover the rest of the day. I am planning on walking home with my friend Jen at lunch and I will find something not so bad for lunch there.

For dinner, I am not sure what we're having but it will probably involve stir fry veggies.

Today...

So, yesterday was not bad, except for I didn't exercise. But, this was my day in food:

Breakfast - two pieces of toast with PB & J
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Healthy Choice Meal - stuffed manicotti, broccoli and an apple dessert (total 380 calories)
Dinner - Leftover Johnny Carino's Bowtie pasta with chicken and other stuff.

Oh, and a rep brought in M&M cookies. And I had one. :-)

That's it. I have decide however, that I need to be EXTREMELY strict with myself for the first few weeks. I think that will help kick start the losing weight thing because so far I haven't lost even a pound. It's very depressing. SO now that we have some money in the bank account again, I am going to head to the grocery store and get mainly fruits and veggies and chicken breats. I really think I need to concentrate on that and not on eating carbs so much.

Please pray that I will be able to stick with this - I am so unhappy with the way I look and feel right now!

Thanks ladies! Xoxoxo!

Tuesday, March 6, 2007

So far...

Yay for us being all motivated with our posting and stuff. Whoo hoo!

So let’s see…

Yesterday lunch: Taco salad
Dinner: Sloppy joe meat (no bun) and a few fries (Ok, ok, more than a few fries. But I must say, too, that overall I have also been drastically cutting down my portions.)

Yesterday exercise: 40 minutes on the elliptical

Today breakfast: Bowl of cereal and Starbucks non-fat caramel macchiato (only 150 calories!)

Haven’t made it to lunch yet. Dinner will be out tonight, but it will be during happy hour when portions are small.

I thought about weighing myself last night, but didn’t want to find out something discouraging since I feel like I’m doing pretty well overall, compared to what I was doing before. Maybe I’ll step on the scales this weekend, and see what there is to see. Gulp.

Let us know how the lemon cleanse works out for you, Ang.
I miss you girls, too!

Lemon Clense

Yesterday and today I'm doing a lemon cleanse. It's not fun, but it does clean things out.

Monday & Tuesday 3/5-6:
Drink 2-3 qt of lemon drink through out the day
Breakfast: Lemon drink (fresh squeezed lemon, maple syrup, water & dash of red pepper)
Lunch: An apple
Dinner: Salad & baked potato (Monday, I had two baked potatoes cause I was still hungry)

Monday Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, weight circuit for arms
Tuesday Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, stretching

I'm suppose to do the cleanse for 3 days, but I'm not sure if I'm going to do it tomorrow or not.

Monday, March 5, 2007

Yes, Long weekend

So, I don't think I did horribly, but I definitely didn't do "Well." Friday night we made Tuna Helper at home, but then I had a few handfuls of popcorn (yay me!) and regular soda at the movie. Oh, and sour patch kids.

Saturday, I made an egg sandwich (cheese, egg and toast) for breakfast, and then we ate Italian for dinner at Johnny Carino's. But in my defense I ate VERY small portions of everything we got. Except for the bread, which is in fact THE most evil thing in the WORLD.

So Sunday, I had a banana and vanilla yogurt with some granola for breakfast. At McAlesters after church I had a turkey sandwich on wheat and some tortilla soup. Then we walked 5 miles and played 18 holes of disk golf. Whew. Then we had mac and cheese and chicken nuggets for dinner. Isn't that weird, Ang, that we ate the same thing AGAIN for dinner?!?

So that was my weekend. Today so far:
Breakfast: Animal crackers and hot chocolate
Lunch: Chef Boyardee Ravioli and lemonade
Snack: Banana and yogurt
Dinner: ??? Maybe Spaghetti?

I really hope you girls are doing well. I miss you terribly.
We all really have to chat soon. Maybe tonight or tomorrow?

Long Weekend

I didn't get a chance to post on Friday, so I'll do my best to remember my days:

Thursday night I ended up not having the rest of my sub cause I left it at work. I didn't do too bad though - butter noodles and broccoli.

Friday, 3/2:
Breakfast: blueberry muffin
Lunch: cheddar wurst, soft pretzel and sweetened iced tea
Dinner: Italian sub at Issac's Restaurant
Snack: Iced caramel latte

Exercise: Walking around downtown - approx 1 to 1.5 miles over all.

Saturday 3/3:
Got up late - didn't have breakfast
Lunch: club sandwich & french fries
Dinner: 1/2 of Turkey sub
Snack: white chocolate mocha and Aaron and I shared a piece of chocolate cake with cherry icing.

Exercise: Cleaning the house. Not sure if this counts, but i definitely worked up a sweat.

Sunday 3/4:
Breakfast: Asiago cheese bagel with plain cream cheese (Panera) and Iced caramel latte
Lunch: Taco salad & garlic bread, small sliver piece of ice cream heath bar crunch pie
Dinner: mac & cheese and chicken nuggets

Exercise: 40 minutes on elliptical

3/5 -2 lbs

Splurging in San Fran

So the things I ate this weekend weren’t especially healthy (Cheesecake Factory! Sushi! Lots of other things I don’t remember!) but I didn’t really stuff myself. Plus, we walked at least three to four miles throughout the weekend, which left me sore and whining. But all those hills helped burn off some calories, I’m sure.

Last night, we found a Panera near the airport and I very nearly bought a couple dozen bagels to bring home (we don’t have Panera in Seattle). But I didn’t, and I only ate half my sandwich and didn’t have any chips.

But so far today I have had a grande latte and a butter croissant from Starbucks. I checked online and their butter croissants only have 100 calories, compared to the other pastries with 300 or 400. And I am only doing the latte thing once a week now – the other days, I just have drip coffees. (I can’t cut the caffeine cold turkey, but I am working on it…sort of…)
I really need to get better at bringing food and snacks along with me to work. But today I was just focusing on getting myself here, which was quite an accomplishment.

So how were your all’s weekends?

Friday, March 2, 2007

March 2, 2007

Ok so I finished off yesterday not bad but definitely not great. For lunch I ended up walking home (3 blks each way). I had a turkey sandwich with cheese, some canned pears, a handful of Doritos and a small bowl of ice cream. Then for dinner it went down hill. We ate at Charlie's Chicken - 3 chicken chunks and mashed potatoes and gravy with a bite or two of corn.

Today, however, I have been doing significantly better. I had two pieces of bread with peanut butter for breakfast with a glass of milk. (didn't have time to toast them!) And for lunch I had 7 chicken nuggets (at home - not fast food) and a whole tomato cut up with salt and pepper. The bad part today, however, is that my team at work did such a great job on proposing one of our projects that the Director got us cheesecake. Turtle Cheesecake. Dangit. But I just had one small piece.

So, as long as I don't blow dinner tonight, its not horrible. OH, and we got a new scale so I know where my starting point is. Although, when i first got on, I thought it was broken - I weighed a few pounds more than I thought. Grr. Oh well. PROGRESS is one step at a time.

We're planning on going for a nice long walk and possibly disk golf after work. :-)

Have a good day girls! AND I am going to look for that book, Ang.

Thursday, March 1, 2007

It is what it is

Good tips, Ang. I’ll look for that book on Amazon later today. I’ve been wanting to find something like that to read and be inspired with. We do have Fit for Life – Adam’s been following it, and really likes it a lot.

So yesterday was another so-so day. Breakfast was just coffee. For lunch I had a chicken wrap with lots of veggies. And for dinner I had half a hamburger, fries, and a pop.
Dinner wasn’t so great, but the rest of the day was decent. I didn’t work out either, except for a quick little walk with the dog.

Today so far I’ve just had my coffee and a multi-grain scone. The multi-grain counts for something, right?

Not sure about lunch yet – I forgot to bring anything, which means I’ll probably end up at Subway.

And I’m on my own for dinner tonight, which means I’ll be scrounging whatever’s in the fridge that doesn’t need to be cooked. Hopefully there’s something somewhat healthy in there.

Today so far...

Exercise: 40 minutes on elliptical, minimal stretching and weights.

Breakfast: 20oz Caramel iced latte and a onion bagel with cream cheese. This was my one splurge for the week. I've been doing very well this week and decided I deserved a bit of a splurge.
Lunch: 1/2 of a Turkey & cheese hoagie.

I plan to eat the rest of the sub for dinner and be done with it.

OK, so I have to let you girls in on a book I've been reading that has helped me tremendously. It's called The Seven Pillars to Health. It's written by a christian family doctor from Florida and is a broken up into 50 short chapters to be read over 50 days. The first pillar is water. He recommends everyone should drink 2-3 quarts of water a day. That's straight water, not the water you get from other drinks. I've been doing this for the since Sunday and have felt a world of difference in energy and have had minimal aches and pains, including head aches. In addition, I was down 3 lbs since Monday on the scales today and the only think I've really changed is that. I don't remember the guys name, but I would recommend that we all read it and go through it together. My parents have been reading it also and have had similar effects (is that e or a in this situation, I always get mixed up. O well, I know you understand).

Another book that has really helped me in the past is Fit for Life. I've been trying to incorporate some of the things I remember from that book as well. I think I may read that one again.

So yea... I know we were looking for things to help us and I thought I would share.
Ta ta for now.

I'm starting today...

Ok, so here's my day so far (I'm not proud, but here it is...)

Breakfast: One small sprinkled donut from QT, a banana and a 44oz diet coke.

I plan on drinking water the rest of the day. :-)
My vice has been hot chocolate - instead of coffee - but I am trying to do away with that. I will work on eventually cutting out caffeine on and every day basis, but I will tell you that will be very hard for me to do!

I hope you girls are doing well! I love you! I'll try to remember to post more later. The plan is to have a Healthy Choice meal for lunch, but I just got invited to go out, so I don't know.

Yesterday was not so great - it was Shawn's birthday so we did Sushi (with a big thing of Plum Wine) and ice cream from Braums.

Ok, Bye.
