My day

Dinner last night consisted of two small pieces of pizza and a salad. Oh, and cereal for dessert.

 

Exercise:  40 minutes on the elliptical and a 15-minute cool down walk

 

Today for breakfast:  salted bagel, cream cheese, and a banana, nonfat mocha

Lunch:  turkey and avocado croissant

 

Snack:  a few Fritos
 

No dinner plans yet. I'm on my own so it could end up being something completely ridiculous. But my new plan is to add a salad to all my meals.
