A few days

Ok, so it's been a little while, but here it goes…

 

Monday

Breakfast:  bowl of cereal

Lunch:  gyro

Dinner:  three small pieces of pizza

Snack:  yogurt and a few chips

 

Exercise:  short walk around the park

 

Yesterday

Breakfast:  butter croissant and green tea

Lunch:  one piece of pizza and salad

Dinner:  BLT

Snack:  some Combos and a yogurt

 

Exercise:  none

 

Today I'm vowing to at least getting a 20 – 30 minute walk in, or spend some time on the elliptical if it's raining.
