Friday, 4/13:
Breakfast: 2 bowls Kashi Heart to Heart cereal
Lunch: cheddar wurst & sweet tea
Dinner: chips & salsa, nachos, and 1/2 of a bean burrito thing (very big, stuffed with guacamole, beans, cheese & veggies).
Exercise: 40 min elliptical
Saturday, 4/14:
Breakfast: banana
Lunch: pineapple & a bag of popcorn
Dinner: spaghetti with 4 cheese tomato sauce, salad and garlic bread
Exercise: 30 min elliptical
Sunday, 4/15:
Breakfast: pineapple & an apple
Lunch: chicken, chips, and mac & cheese
The rest of the night consisted of intermittent snacking of chocolate chip cookies, chips, Doritos, wheat thins, and triskets. Not good.
No exercise.
