Yesterday
Lunch: Greek something sandwich (roasted chicken, olives, feta on focaccia bread)
Dinner: hotdog and tater tots
Snack: half an apple and cheese
Exercise: short walk and 20 minutes cardio
Today
Breakfast: apple, nonfat lemon bread thing from Starbucks, nonfat latte
Lunch: tuna sub from Subway
The weather is bee-you-tee-ful today so hopefully that will motivate me to take a nice long walk tonight. Or at least frolic through the backyard with the dog. We shall see. Not sure what's on the menu for dinner. Adam went grocery shopping last night but I can't remember what he got. Hmm. We have organic produce by the fistfuls though!
