So the weekend is pretty much missing from my memory in terms of what I ate. So I will start over with Monday.
Monday
Breakfast: banana, nonfat caramel macchiato
Lunch: Subway chicken sub
Dinner: three pieces of pizza
Exercise: none.
Tuesday
Breakfast: banana, bagel w/ cream cheese, nonfat caramel macchiato
Lunch: Chicken Caesar wrap
Dinner: two pieces of pizza
Exercise: 30 minute walk and 20 minutes cardio
Today
Breakfast: salted bagel w/ cream cheese, mocha
Snack: iced green tea
Not sure about lunch yet. But dinner will be something yummy with our organic produce that’s to be delivered today. Yay!
