Last night for dinner: three small pieces of pizza, carrots and cauliflower with ranch
No exercise
Today so far
Breakfast: bowl of cereal and nonfat mocha
Snack: green tea
Lunch: 6'' chicken sub from Subway
Ang, I tried your water drinking suggestion at lunch. I drank a bunch before I ate, none while I ate, and now I'm drinking some more and I'm not hungry at all. And right now is usually when I get really hungry in the afternoons. Amazing!
Also, there is leftover Easter candy on my desk that I am not even going near it. How cool is that?
