Breakfast: Kashi healthy heart cereal
Lunch: salad & turkey & cheese sandwich, chocolate chip cookie for desert
Snack: granola bar
Dinner: left over spaghetti & garlic bread
Snack: MnMs (pb & regular)
Exercise: 30 min elliptical
Tuesday, 4/17:
Breakfast: Apple, Kashi heart to heart cereal
Lunch: Auntie Anne's pretzel with cheese and small salad
Snack: pb MnMs
Dinner: chicken fried rice and pot-stickers
Snack: MnMs (pb & regular)
Exercise: 30 min elliptical
I've been craving MnMs. Not sure what that is all about. It shouldn't last much longer.
