Last night, Thursday 3/8:
Dinner: bowl of frosted mini wheats
Exercise: Walk away the pounds - 3 mile (approx. 45 minutes)
Today, Friday 3/9:
Breakfast: Apple
Brunch: 16oz iced caramel latte, multi-grain bagel with cream cheese. I'm afraid I've become quite attached to this particular treat from Dunkin Donuts.
Late Lunch snack: granola bar
Dinner: tba...
I'm headed to the gym... or at least I hope I am. I plan to do 30 minutes on elliptical and then head home.
Yay for us loosing 4 lbs! Who else has lost?
And Yay for foreign visitors. We like people!
