Tuesday:
Breakfast: ham & eggs
Lunch: turkey wrap (veggies wrapped up in turkey), cheese, nuts
Dinner: BLT salad, a few bites of a whole wheat roll
Snack: Iced caramel latte skim
No exercise
Wednesday:
No breakfast
Lunch: rest of BLT salad, nuts, string cheese
Snack: bite size Snickers & a pb cup
Dinner: green beans with almonds, jello cup
Exercise: 40min walk
Can I just tell you, I'm so glad its May!
